Bridget Chukwumah is a results-focused executive with over 20 years’ experience in Sales and Project Management, working and living in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa and the UK.
An experienced Change and Transformation agent, she has successfully designed and setup maiden sales operations and processes applying proven sales principles across various industries (Building & Construction, Education Management, Oil and Gas, Management Consulting, Renewable Energy and Telecommunications).
Bridget is passionate about leveraging sales force effectiveness as a proven tool and catalyst in achieving revenue targets and growing market share.
Some of her previous roles include Head of Retail West Africa (BlackBerry), Business Development Director West Africa (dlight), Associate Director (Lagos Business School) and Sales Excellence Lead ( Lafarge Holcim Africa).
She is presently consulting for several multinationals as a Sales Effectiveness Change Agent with a focus on coaching Sales Leaders and their teams leveraging the power of CRM.
Bridget has a BSc Economics from the University of Benin, Nigeria, and a post-graduate Diploma in Business Information Technology from Middlesex University, London.
