Max has a strong interest in biodiversity conservation, sustainable entrepreneurship, and socioeconomic development. He was born in Kenya and grew up with a passion for wildlife which led him to be involved in different projects on the ground.

 

He is currently the Business Development and Programs Manager at the Mugie Conservancy in Kenya, working towards making conservation self-sustainable, and supporting local communities through education, sustainable conservation practices, and empowerment.

 

Max speaks English, Swahili, and Italian and has a BSc in International Business and Entrepreneurship from the University of Essex and a MSc in Biodiversity, Conservation, and Management from the University of Oxford.
