CHARLOTTE SALFORD

Founder of Growthcap, Charlotte has contributed to responsible economic and social development in emerging markets for more than 25 years, working in the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the European Commission, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), United Nations and Sarasin & Partners.

Jeff is a director at Growthcap Impact Advisory and Strategic Advisor at Darwin Alternatives in London.

INGRID ORSTADIUS

Ingrid helps brands and businesses leverage immersive technology to gain efficiencies and new audiences.

Lucy advises and supports various wildlife conservation boards, task forces and working groups. She works with the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Species Survival Commission’s African Elephant Specialist Group, African Rhino Specialist Group and Asian Rhino Specialist Group.

Denisa is a dedicated communication specialist, with expertise in digital marketing.

TATIANA DE LIEDEKERKE

Tatiana is an adviser with a strong interest in green finance, sustainability, and female empowerment.

DUNCAN NAUGHTEN

Duncan is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant with long experience in the management, financing, and financial direction of manufacturing, trading, and service industries.

DR YENE ASSEGID

After nearly 20 years working with a diverse group of clients, Dr. Yene Assegid still brings the same passion and enthusiasm she had when she first entered the field of training and coaching. Yene has dedicated herself to supporting others as they realize their full potential in both their private and professional lives.

Alex is a highly effective Senior Adviser and Project Manager with more than 25 years of senior management and board experience in the ICT and energy sectors. His recent specialities are with renewable energy, sustainable energy, out-sourcing, near-sourcing, scaling, capacity building, vertical market acquisition, change management, and strategic planning.

Emma Hooper is an adviser specialising in communications and policy. Emma is particularly enthusiastic about assisting women entrepreneurs to play an increasingly important role in economic and social development.

Toni has a passion for economics, policy and entrepreneurship across Africa. He has worked with government, large corporations and small businesses in Nigeria, Burkina Faso and Sénégal, as well as helping to develop a social impact business incubator in Tanzania.

BRIDGET CHUKWUMAH

Bridget Chukwumah is a results-focused executive with over 20 years’ experience in Sales and Project Management, working and living in Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa and the UK.

Max has a strong interest in biodiversity conservation, sustainable entrepreneurship, and socioeconomic development. He was born in Kenya and grew up with a passion for wildlife which led him to be involved in different projects on the ground.

Ana is an adviser who has a keen interest in sustainable development, responsible financing and female empowerment.
